Today skaters practiced on road in Balewadi in the morning.. Warmup 2k.. Followed by set rest.. 60 % 700mtrs X 4 - 3 sets.. 80 % 350 Mtrs X 3 sets.. 200 Mtrs X 3 sets and at 100 % 5 sprints of 200 Mtrs.. Training hard..

The Schedule for this season in pune has been declared and we will be having a very packed september due to races.. There will be no respite for us or the skaters as the races are scheduled literally every weekend.. I dont think any of the top pune skaters are in peak condition because of the rains but they will need to pick up as the racing season commences.. Lets hope my skaters stir the pot and come up with something good.. Best Luck to Speedsters and Pune Skaters for the Season

CIC Rules & Regulations 2011
The Changed Age Calculation Rule is he main bone of contention in India right now.. Earlier for Age Calculation we used 1st of Jan of the current Year.. Now its going to be 31st Dec of the year of the competition as specified by CIC..
CIC has made it very simple for calculation but cant say how the rule will be intrepreted in India..
